  • How old do I have to be to enter Oxford Casino and/or Oxford Casino’s Hotel?

    You must be 21 years of age to enter the casino and the restaurants unless you are licensed as an employee.  For guests, an unexpired, government-issued photo ID may be required for entry. 

    Persons under the age of 21 may enter the Hotel, however, children and vulnerable adults are not to be left unaccompanied in hotel rooms and/or public areas (including the parking lots). 

    Acceptable forms of ID are passports, passport cards, NEXUS cards, a US state or US territory-issued driver’s license or ID card, or a United States military ID.  If the primary form of ID is expired, or does not have a photo, a secondary form of ID will be required in addition to the primary ID. 

    If your Driver’s License is expired, a valid temporary Driver’s License is acceptable if accompanied by the expired Driver’s License. Pictures of licenses are NOT acceptable.

  • Are Pets Allowed In The Casino/Hotel?

    Pets are not allowed in the casino or restaurant venues. We have a limited number hotel rooms where dogs are permitted. Please call hotel reservations for details (207) 539-6777.

  • Can I Smoke In The Casino Or Hotel?

    Oxford Casino Hotel is smoke free. We provide a covered and heated smoking area between the casino and hotel porte cocheres.

  • Does Oxford Casino Offer Over-Sized Parking?

    Yes, over-sized parking is located in the south corner of the upper parking lot. All parking at Oxford Casino Hotel & Event Center is FREE.

  • How May I Obtain My Win/Loss Statement?

    There are two ways in which to obtain your win/loss statement:

    1.The previous year’s win/loss statement is available at any of our promotional kiosks

    2.Complete and sign the Win/Loss Statement Request form and forward it to Guest Services:

    3. For reasons of security and confidentiality, win/loss statements are not available online. Additionally, we cannot accept requests for win/loss statements via phone or email.

     

    Win/loss request forms are available at Guest Services and on this website, under Gaming and Forms & Download.

    All requests received between January 1-October 31 are typically completed within 24 hours and forwarded to the guest.

    All requests received between November 1 – December 31 are held and processed in the first 10 days of the following year.

     

    Guests can receive their win/loss statements in one of three ways:

    • In person at Guest Services with valid identification
    • Via USPS to the address as listed on the Win/Loss Statement Request form
    • Via fax to the number as listed on the Win/Loss Statement Request form.
    • For security purposes, if the address on the Win/Loss Statement Request form differs from the address on the player’s Oxford Rewards account, copies will NOT be mailed.
  • I Lost My Tax Form (W2-G) For A Jackpot, How May I Obtain A Copy?

    To request a copy of a previously issued W2-G, please complete and sign the W2-G Request form and forward it to Guest Services:

    • In person
    • Via mail, attn. Guest Services
    • Via Fax, (207) 539-6023 attn. Guest Services

     

    W2-G request forms are available at Guest Services and on this website, under Gaming and Forms & Download.

    Guest Services will forward the request to the Finance Department for processing and delivery.

    All W2-G copies will be forwarded to the guest in one of four ways:

    • In person at Guest Services with valid identification.
    • Via USPS to the address as listed on the requested W2-G form.
    • Via Fax to a fax number as listed on the requested W2-G form.
    • For security purposes, if the address on the W2-G form differs from the address on the player’s Oxford Rewards account, copies will NOT be mailed.

    We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time, copies of W2-Gs are not available on-line and phone requests for copies of W2-Gs are not acceptable.

  • What Are Oxford Casino’s Hours?

    We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • COVID-19

    Oxford Casino Hotel is NOW open 24 hours at 100% capacity

    • Fully vaccinated Guests and Team Members no longer need to wear a face covering, nor physically distance themselves from others.
    • All table games are back up and running; however, due to fluctuations in staffing levels, games may not open on a regular schedule!
    • Over 800 slot machines are up and running with more and more being turned on every day!
    • Promotions are back in full swing!

    At this time, no guests under the age of 21 will be allowed in the dining areas. Also at this time, the shuttle, coat check, Oxford Grill and Event Center will remain closed.
