• What changes should I expect with FastTrack Rewards?

  You will continue to receive all the same great benefits with FastTrack Rewards and much more!  Please make sure to use your FastTrack Rewards card for everything you do including gaming, dining, entertainment and hotel.  Earning cycles will now be bi-annual instead of quarterly.  Normal cycle for earning is January 1 – June 30th and July 1 – December 31.

• Is this part of a larger initiative or just with this property?

  Yes, this is part of a larger initiative across our entire portfolio—not just this property.  As our network of properties continues to grow onto the new system, this new rewards program is designed to provide a consistent and elevated experience for all our guests.  This initiative reflects our commitment to creating a unified and rewarding experience for guests across all our locations.

• When will I receive my new card?

  You must visit Guest Services with a valid ID to get a new FastTrack Rewards card printed on or after March 10, 2026.  You may also visit a re-print kiosk with valid ID.  We will not be mailing cards to our members.

• Will my old player card continue to work once the property switches over to FastTrack Rewards?

  No, you will need to receive a new player card.   We encourage you to pick up your new card at Guest Services on or after March 10, 2026.

• Will the guests card number change?

  Yes, your Oxford Rewards card number will change, and a new FastTrack player card will need to be issued.

• How do I earn a FastTrack Point (Tier Point)?

  You can earn a FastTrack Point (Tier Point) just by playing.

  • Earn one tier point and one redeemable point for every $5 coin-in on Slot Machines
  • Earn one tier point and one redeemable point for every $20 coin-in on Video Poker
  • Earning for Poker Room, Table Games and Electronic Table Games depends on game, duration of play and average bet
  • At limited properties:
    
    • Pari-Mutuel
    • Earn one tier point for every $10 in handle on races at a CDI track

• What does being a Gold, Platinum, Triple Crown cardholder get me?

  Being a Gold, Platinum or Triple Crown cardholder entitles you to many exclusive benefits such as retail discounts (at participating locations), reward points for comps (at participating locations), special offers, promotions and much more! 

• How do I know what my FastTrack Tier Level is and how many redeemable points do I have?

  You can check your FastTrack Tier Level and Redeemable Points (at participating locations) on any slot/HRM machine reader, at Guest Services, or on any promotional kiosk.

• What can I use my redeemable points for?

  Redeemable points can be used for a variety of exciting rewards, depending on the property.  Guests can enjoy Free Play, Table Play, Dining, Hotel stays, and Retail purchases.

  These options are available where offered, so be sure to check with each individual property for specific redemption opportunities.

• Is there going to be any impact on my offers with the change to FastTrack Rewards?

  No, there will be no impact on your current offers. You will continue to receive the same great offers you’re used to—just under the new FastTrack Rewards program.

• Are there any FastTrack Rewards properties that have hotels and will I be able to get a room offer there?

  Yes! Several FastTrack Rewards properties feature hotels, and you may be eligible to receive complimentary or discounted room offers.
