For this week’s TeamMemberSpotlight we would like to introduce Braden Sharpe, our new Director of Compliance!

Braden is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations. His favorite part of the job is the challenge of learning something new in a fascinating industry, with an honorable mention for the team at Oxford: “The biggest standout so far is how amazing the team is!” The feeling is mutual – we’ve all enjoyed getting to know Braden more as he’s settling into his position.

Fun fact about our new Director: he played for the Maine Central Institute Prep Basketball team where they had 2 seven footers, 8 future division 1 players, and a future NBA head coach!
